RE: Confused about version

8.5.2 is a full release, so it is not a "fix". You can get it from passport advantage and possibly other channels.

It looks like you already have the English only 8.5.2 release, so you just need to upgrade to the NLV with group 1 and group 2a languages (but still 8.5.2 with a different date).
